Employment discrimination attorney Alan Crone was quoted in The Daily Memphian to discuss the EEOC‘s lawsuit against FedEx. The EEOC has sued FedEx for disability discrimination. When an individual cannot reach a settlement with their employer through the EEOC process, the EEOC will present them with a Right To Sue letter. This former FedEx employee, Wendy Gully, has signed her letter and started her lawsuit.
