Personal Injury Lawyer Bill Walk Talks About New DUI Law in Tennessee
Bill Walk who is a personal injury lawyer of The Crone Law Firm sat down on “Real Talk Memphis” to discuss the new DUI law in Tennessee. This is the first kind of DUI law in any state, where if a drunk driver kills another driver that has a child or children, then the drunk driver must pay child support. It is a very complicated matter from both an insurance perspective as well as from a criminal perspective. Bill has over 25 plus years of experience this kind work, and is the perfect guest for this show.
